Yellowwood Launches Real Estate Design Partner Program With CAPREIT, Binswanger, and Reichard Capital

PHILADELPHIA, August 20, 2026 - Yellowwood Technologies, Inc. has officially rolled out its new Real Estate Design Partner Program, or REDEPP, with CAPREIT, Binswanger, and Reichard Capital signing on as the first participants. The program is built to give property owners and operators early access to Yellowwood's design tools and planning software, with the goal of shaping how commercial and residential projects move from concept to construction.

The three founding partners bring different strengths to the table. CAPREIT is known for its large multifamily portfolio, Binswanger has deep roots in industrial and commercial brokerage, and Reichard Capital focuses on real estate investment and development. Together, they will work directly with Yellowwood's product team to test new features, share feedback from real projects, and help refine workflows before wider release.

According to a company spokesperson, the program is less about a standard beta test and more about co-creating solutions that address everyday pain points like site analysis, cost estimation, and permit tracking. Participants will meet regularly with Yellowwood engineers and designers, and their input will directly shape the roadmap for upcoming releases.

For the founding firms, the arrangement offers a chance to influence a platform they already use, while getting a head start on tools that could streamline their internal processes. Yellowwood says it plans to expand the program later this year, but for now the focus is on making sure the first three partners see measurable improvements in how they handle design coordination.
