Two major real estate transactions in Manalapan have pushed the total value of luxury deals brokered by Margit Brandt past the $100 million mark. The combined sales, both in the eight-figure range, include a sprawling waterfront estate and a rare undeveloped parcel along the oceanfront.
The larger of the two deals involved a custom-built mansion situated on more than two acres of prime beachfront property. The estate features over 10,000 square feet of living space, private dock access, and resort-style amenities. The buyer, whose identity has not been disclosed, paid a premium for the property's seclusion and direct ocean views.
The second transaction covered a vacant lot in one of Manalapan's most coveted neighborhoods. Such parcels are increasingly scarce along the Gold Coast, where buildable waterfront land has become a finite resource. The sale price reflects the high demand for custom home sites in the area, where new construction often commands top dollar.
Margit Brandt, a veteran agent with Douglas Elliman, has built a reputation for handling high-end sales in Palm Beach County. Her latest closings underscore the continued strength of the ultra-luxury market in South Florida, where wealthy buyers are still competing for trophy properties despite broader economic uncertainty.
Manalapan, a small town known for its privacy and exclusivity, remains a magnet for billionaires and celebrities. The recent transactions highlight a trend of buyers seeking not just homes, but also land to build their dream estates from the ground up. With inventory tight and demand steady, brokers expect more record-breaking deals in the months ahead.
