A total of 127 real estate transactions were recorded across Macomb County during the week of January 19 through January 23, 2026, according to county records. The sales reflect a mix of residential, commercial, and vacant land deals, with the highest single transaction reaching $1.2 million for a lakefront home in Harrison Township.

Residential sales dominated the week, accounting for 89 of the recorded transfers. The median sale price for single-family homes settled at $245,000, a modest increase from the previous week's median of $238,000. Several communities saw notable activity, including Sterling Heights, Clinton Township, and Macomb Township, each reporting more than a dozen closings.

In Sterling Heights, a four-bedroom colonial on Hayes Road sold for $410,000, while a smaller ranch-style home on 15 Mile Road changed hands for $189,000. Clinton Township recorded a commercial property sale on Gratiot Avenue for $675,000, with the buyer planning to convert the space into a medical office.

Vacant land sales were sparse, with only five transactions. The largest parcel, a 3.2-acre lot in Washington Township, sold for $112,000. County officials noted that winter months typically see slower activity, but demand for affordable housing in the region remains steady.
