NEW YORK — BioLabs@NYU Langone, the life-science incubator affiliated with NYU Langone Health, has signed a 46,000-square-foot lease at Innolabs, a purpose-built research facility in Long Island City. This strategic relocation marks a significant step in expanding the incubator's capabilities and fostering innovation in the life sciences sector.

Innolabs is designed to support the growing demand for laboratory space in New York City, particularly as the life sciences industry continues to thrive.
