Charette began working for Bearfoot Realty in April, diving into the competitive housing market while still finishing her high school coursework. Her days are a tight schedule of classes, homework, client meetings, and property showings. She credits her success to strict time management and a clear sense of priority. "I treat school like my job and real estate like my passion," she said.
Her teachers describe her as unusually disciplined, noting that she rarely misses an assignment despite her professional obligations. Charette earned her real estate license through an accelerated program, passing the state exam while her peers were preparing for prom.
Looking ahead, she plans to continue her real estate career while attending college in the fall. Her goal is to build a client base and eventually own her own brokerage. For now, she is focused on the final stretch of high school, where she will deliver the valedictory address at graduation. Her story is a reminder that with focus and drive, it is possible to start a career before the cap and gown even come off.
